Error with SVN import into RTC

Hi,
we are trying to import quite a big SVN sump file (46 GB) into RTC 3.0.1. We are currently facing the following error:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot move
from '/engine/ruledef/src/main/java/ilog/rules/engine/ruledef/checking/declaration/IlrSynRuledefDeclarationDeclaratorFactory.java'
to   '/engine/ruleflow/src/main/java/ilog/rules/engine/ruleflow/checking/declaration/IlrSynRuleflowTopLevelDeclarationProcessorFactory.java'
because the source item is missing from the tree
We can see the source file in the repository workspace in which we are importing.
Any help with this error is welcome.
