Excel import Utility can not retrieve qm projects
Hi all, I downloaded the Excel import utility to import testcase into the RQM, In Excel I opened the Import Utilit UI and entered the right user and password and passed the validation, but in the Project dropdown list, I got "Can not retrieve projects please check the login" message, does anyone know what wrong with it ?
