Unable to fetch the Custom Query and Work-item Attributes from Agosense Symphony

Hello Team

We have recently onboarded a integration tool Agosense Symphony, which integrate the two application,
we have deployed and Configure the tool successfully on our env,
now we are able to fetch Project Area and Workitem name of RTC from symphony tool but unable to fetch the custom query and Attributes Details of the workitem,

when i connected with vendor of symphony , they are saying our RTC providing different response as compare to their IBM RTC/EWM, they are also using same IBM CCM/EWM 7.0.2 version and they are able to fetch the custom query and Attributes details as well.
