missing links for git commits in the RTC

Hi,

I have an issue that I have 2 git commits but it only shows one link in the RTC work item. I checked github for delivery histories. I found 2 push events and both are successfully.

I tried to redeliver from the GitHub webbook page and it did not work out well.

Any suggestion what might happen for the missing commit? thanks.
