No Work Item data found for report.

Hi,
When I try to build a Team Report, I don't see any data in WORKITEMS.SNAPSHOT. If I Edit the Data Set and select Preview Results, it builds an empty report. When I peek at the DERBY table WORKITEM_SNAPSHOT.WI_COUNT, there is a bunch of data.

Where can I check to see where snapshots are scheduled?

Note: I am attempting to access a standard Jazz 0.6M1 Server, using Tomcat and a DERBY database.

Thanks,
Robert

Hi Robert,

The snapshots are currently scheduled in the plugin.xml file for the
declaring plug-in (for example,
com.ibm.team.datawarehouse.service.build), and they are all scheduled to
run once every 24 hours.

When I get into the office on Monday I'll take a look to see if the
Preview Results works for me. I usually don't use it, so it may be that
it doesn't work. Have you tried deploying the report and viewing it?
It's a good sign that the WI_COUNT table is populated.

I'm still having problems seeing any data when running a report. Does there need to be a query defined in the ODA Data Set properties view (what is the syntax)? The "Creating and Deploying a new report" doc does not mention a need for a query. Is there a log file that would tell when a Snapshot was run?

Thanks,
Rob
