Is it possible to allow 'lscm' to use the login credentials of the Visual Studio embedded RTC Client?

I've got a Source Code Quality Analysis tool that taps into Visual Studio. it uses lscm commands to access the history of a file to determine any improvements/deterioration of its content.
I'm trying to avoid the necessity to login again onto the RTC CLI Client by making use of the login credentials of the user already logged onto RTC through the Visual Studio Client.

This same Source Code Quality Analysis tool is now used in a ClearCase environment, where it does pickup on the login credentials of the user.

Is this possible?
And if so, how do I do this then?

We're using:
  • WinOS 7 64-bit
  • RTC 4.0.2
  • Visual Studio 2010 and -2012
