visability of plans

i cannot find the option to limit the visability of project plans and
their work items between the project teams of one project area.

Is there a way to do it in RTC?

Currently, read permissions that limit the visibility of artifacts for
other users are only available for project areas, but not for team areas.

Well its strange that the view of WI queries can be limited, but not the plans!
