RTC Web Client - Change Sets for work item are displayed out of order

I have discovered today that using the RTC eclipse client, Change sets are displayed in ascending date/time order, however when viewing the same work item via the web client, the same change sets are dispayed in a somewhat random order.

Is this a known bug, and is there a workaround? We have a lot of business stakeholders who only use the Web client. There does not seem to be an easy way for them to reliably locate the most recent deliverable linked to the work item.

Jazz Server version is 3.0.1.2.
