Getting Error while Importing project plan from Microsoft Project into RTC

Dear Team,

I have a Microsoft Project Planning file with extension .mmp

I save it as .xml and trying to import it into ccm Plan.

While importing I am getting following error:

CRRTC1700E The selected project file cannot be imported. Exception occurred while importing the XML file. Exception : java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException

How should i overcome this ?

There may be a problem in XML file some special character might be there,

Open the XML into Notepad ++ remove the special character and then try to import it.
