Hi

I recently upgraded from CLM 3.0.1.1 ( DB2 9.7 and WAS 7.0.0.19 )  to CLM 4.0  ( DB2 9.7 and WAS 7.0.0.19 ). The upgrade seems to have gone on fine and was able to see projects in RRC, RTC and RQM.

When I opened any RRC project and in the Dashboard under the Review's I got the following error.  Any new reviews are not to be seen as well.

All the other data is fine and have no issues in RRC, RTC and RQM.

Request to let me know how this could be resolved.

Seems like the query to get the reviews is timing out. I would recommend to involve the tech support (if you have access to).

Hi Bala

This error is seen with FireFox 14 and a WI is filed against it.

It works fine with IE 8 or FF 10.
