How can I know what the key-value properties are?

During the customization of workitems/presentation/tab/section and etc, I come across with key-value properties to add (such as key=readonly and value=true).

How can find out what type of key-value properties applicable when adding a widget? Any documentation on key-value properties in jazz.net?
