E-signature during Formal Review

Can we have an e-signature captured, when a user\tester initiates a formal review on an artifact? i did notice that we are able to capture e-signatures during the review/approval but not when a formal review is initiated.

Currently using RQM 2.0.1

Thanks Promod!!! Yup seems like it's on 4.0. I did install RTC 2.0.0.2 compatiable with RQM 2.0.1 and did check on the Formal Review operation but pre-condtions were not available on it.

Hi Pramod..Thanks for the reply but the link seems to provide the information with respect to RQM 4.0 but i'm looking for RQM 2.0.1 Also, on RQM 4.0, E-signatures are mentioned to appear on the below actions. --> "Used in artifact locking and unlocking and review and approval".

Is there a possibility that E-signatures will be requested, when a Formal Review is initiated by the tester\user and captures his\her signatures?
