Is there a way to hide BuildForge projects from management console?

 Let's we have some projects can be archived or something like that, just don't want to see them in the management console anymore. How shall I do that?

 I would suggest assigning them to an access group for that purpose (creating an access group for project archival), then only people in that group will see them in the Build Forge Management Console.
