Bookmarked Links No Longer Work After Build Forge Upgrade to 8.0.0.4
Hi,
I am the administrator for a couple of Build Forge installations in the IBM Cloud business unit. This past weekend I upgraded to the 8.0.0.4 FixPack that was released on July 13, 2016.
We have seen a number of tickets from internal customers who are unable to get to the Management Console using their bookmarks. What we have determined is that the "http" bookmarks no longer work, and in fact lead the end user into thinking that the Management Console is unavailable with their browser showing a "Site can't be reached" message.
However, when they switch to https, then can connect.
We would be interested in any information around this issue, and if there is a way to automatically redirect http traffic to https.
Thanks,
