This is raf v305. It seems like I've managed to break BF, going by the message number. But I can't actually find the message.

Is there a link to an updated message manual, or can any one suggest what i need to look at to rectify this

No accessible steps means that the executing user does not have permissions to see any of the steps in the project.  So the project steps belong to a different access group than the project and the executing user is not part of that access group.
