Auto log off timer in buildforge 8.0 is not working.

Hello All,

We have recently upgraded our buildforge environment.  When i set the system variable auto log off Time - to any value, the console becomes un-responsive.  have anyone faced this issue before.  This has been critically impacting the license usuage since no user is getting logged out.

Any thoughts would help to resolve issue would me much appreciated.

Hello,

Have you attempted to either increase/decrease the auto-logoff setting and Build Forge becomes responsive again?

If you are still having this issue, you may want to contact Support to research deeper into the issue.
As they would need to gather additional details and logs to move forward.
