Anybody run RTC locally, and then switch to the cloud version?

We are considering using the IBM Cloud to host RTC for our use rather than maintaining a local standalone version.

Anyone using RTC in the cloud have any real world experience to share with us? Responsivness? Uptime? Value? Secure?
