How to measure Metrics in RRC?
Does Rational Requirement Composer offer some kind of measurements/metrics around the whole requirement management process. The measurements should give an idea about the effectiveness of the process and therefore should help in containing re-work and slippages due to additional CRs/ scope creep. Please let me know if there are some standard performance indicators to evaluate it. |
