Major issues with Eclipse Client & Web Front end with RTC (CLM) under Linux
Are these known issues ?
Eclipse client irrespective of the install type dumps itself when trying to perform any work item actions - closes off the eclipse client and creates dump files Web front end does not display all available options i.e viewing ones own profile shows only User and Mail configuration (windows client shows all 5 tabs) |

Hi Karen,
under Linux most Problems with Eclipse and RTC are caused by missing or wrong version of Mozilla xulrunner libraries and many other Eclipse extensions have the same problem as well. The correct solution depends if you you have 32bit/64bit Linux and what Linux Distribution and 32bit/64bit Eclipse client installed. And without more information from the dump/log this is some kind of guessing game.
