The latest Version of Build Forge is 7.1.1.3 which is availbale for download at jazz.net. Is this the Enterprise version, standard  version or what???

What is the difference between Enterprise and standard version of BuildForge?

The binaries posted for download are the same for Standard and Enterprise Edition of Rational Build Forge - the functionality that is enabled for each edition is controlled by the license.
