Can't use 'Deliver and Resolve' option at a level of work item

By putting the Pending Changes view into work item mode(that is, show outgoing organized by work item), I could deliver all change sets associated with a work item by right-clicking a work item and selecting 'Deliver'.
After successful delivery, I want to resolve the work item automatically. How can I do this?

I could select 'Deliver and Resolve WorkItem' from the context menu of a change set, on the other hand, I couldn't find it from the menu of the work item.

Does anybody have any information?

Hi Akiko,

RTC SCM has defined its own workflow model to impose a process.  It imposes the status change of a work item to completed/fixed/resolved has to be backed up by delivery of associated valid change set. The completeness of a work item is driven and determined by delivery of the associated change sets, not vise versa.
