I want to verify that the numbers presented in the baselines are the average for the entire sample timeframe..

ie, we use the 8 hour baseline.. the count of a particular web service call, IVersionedContent.GET, is 69,101

that means it was called that many times in the 8 HOURS of the baseline.. correct?

if I want to compare it to our numbers I have to normalize one or the other to the same elapsed time.
(we use 15 minutes curently).
