Hi Team,

I am using RTC version 3.0.1.2.
Requirement is in approvals tab we have three types "Approval", "Review" and "Verification" as shown below.

I need to remove verification from this list for one of the workitem say Work Production Inspection (WPI) and Other workitem say Defects I need to remove Approval and Review.
I guess I need to duplicate the approvals tab for WPI and Defects and make the modifications but I have no idea how to remove / delete the unwanted list.

Please do suggest.

 As far as I know the available approvals are global and can not be removed. You could create a precondition, that would block saving with the wrong approval, or you could create a follow up action (Participant) that modifies the type of an existing approval. See the answer in the other post on how to create Preconditions (Advisors) and Participants.
