Error running screen capture from the web UI - Both IE 7 and FF 5.0
After clicking on the screen capture icon then see the screen cature tool window with the link to the online Tool tip

3/ no warning security message displayed. Hi, John. Using the article as a reference, which step(s) work as described? As noted at the beginning of the article, you will need a Java installation on the system that can run Java Web Start for the applet. If the applet isn't loading, do you get any "Details" buttons or links you can follow to get additional information? "Unable to launch the application" could happen for several reasons.
Oh, and which RTC version are you using?
