Problem refreshing plan - TypeError

 Hi,
We recently upgraded our server to 4.0.6 and find an issue while we refresh a plan. The plan loads without any issue but when click on the refresh button within the plan we get the below error -
Note - There is no "Invalid plan mode" in the process configuration --- Plan views.

I feel you are seeing :
Length error is thrown on loading plans (318737)
you may want to review it and add-on to increase the priority on it and
I suggest getting in touch with RTC Support, who may be able to offer you some relief...
