RTC 4.0 - installed on zLinux under WebSphere - WebSphere related question

Question is - when doing the install of WebSphere (64 bit)  should  you a base install of WAS 8.0 or network deployment manager install?

  You can install either WAS Base or Network Deploy, the RTC license includes an OEM license for WebSphere Base if you choose to use WAS ND you must provide your own license of ND.

 At this point WAS ND is only required if you intend to implement clustering.
