Modify RRC OOTB reports with RRDI

Is it possible to modify the standard OOTB reports in RRC with RRDI. I'm talking about the User Interface Specification (by Sketches), UI Spec (by Screen Flow Diagrams), UI Specification (by Storyboards), Traceability Report, Use Case Diagram Specification, Audit History and Requirements Specification reports that are available through the "Generate a Report Document" feature in RRC.

We currently have RRDI deployed but I cannot seem to find these templates to modify, if that is possible.

Thanks,
-Brian

Hi Brian,

Those reports included with RRC are developed using IBM Rational Publishing Engine (RPE), so you wont find them using Report Studio from RRDI/Insight.  You can however open them and make modifications to them if you have RPE installed.  See this topic for more info on RRDG/RPE capabilities.

You can still use RRDI to create custom reports against RRC data using the Data Warehouse model provided with RRDI, assuming you have successfully executed the Java ETL's to load the warehouse with your current data set.  Hope it helps,

The reports included in RRC that use the wizard and context execution are RRDG, you can install RRDI and that one includes some reports for RRC as well. just they don't come out of the box with RRC installation

By the way, here is a list of the available RRDG/RRDI reports available for RRC.
