I do not believe that Skype is supported. Looking in the Window >
Preferences... for Instance Messaging I see the following Service
Providers in the "Add IM Account" dialog:

- Google Talk
- Jabber XMPP Server
- Sametime 7.5.1/Notes 8
- Sametime 8/Notes 8.0.1
