Create a report for work items I've submitted?

I'm creating work items for RTC using the Jazz.net RTC site, but I can't figure out how to create a report that shows all of the work items I've created?

Can anyone help me with that?

This is a standard query. Go to the same place you created a new work item, then select "Show Queries" to see the available queries. You need the one entitled: "Open Created by me" on the Shared Queries tab.
