Defects report in RQM are empty
Hi,
I am using RQM 4.0 and when generating a Defect report (any report that have defects) I have no defects listed. My test plan have test cases blocked by tickets opened in RTC, and already associated to the specific test step where the issue was found. As I mentioned above RTC is already associated to RQM as my "defect" tool. Could somebody please help me to solve this issue ? Thanks! Bruno |

If it is not live report, you will need to configure data warehouse and run ETL jobs to collect the data first.
