How do I make review & approve mandatory for workitem

Hi

I am able to add approvers and reviewers , but there is no control on closure of workitem , in the sense the workitem owner or originator can move the status of work item to end states like "close", "resolved" or "complete" state when the reviewer or approver has not even acted upon the workitem.

How do I incorporate this into the process ? The approval tracking does help to some extent , by connecting actions to states but not control

Any help is great , as I feel this greatly required for defects/change requests

Thanks & Regards

Hi Patrick ,

Thanks for the update , but till such time is there any documentation which I can refer to have my custom operation behavior for enabling it . I read the jazz wiki article https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/PreconditionFollowupCreation#Integrating_your_custom_Pre_Cond , but an example would have been better , as I am not able to find the plugins/jar required for implementation.

Thanks & Regards
