 Currently I can see History - list of change sets in 1 view and separately a list of baselines in another view.  It is useful to see a single list with both so that I know which change sets are part of which baselines.

 Hi Judy,
Currently there's no such view to show both baseline and change set history.
To find which changesets contained in a baseline, you can compare the baseline with previous one, then in the "Change Explorer" view, the change sets and changes will be listed.
