Cannot attach documents to a defect within Quality Manager.

Hellow World.

 

I cannot attach documents to a defect within Quality Manager.

 

I get the following error message.

 

'Save Attachment Failed'. Permission denied.

CLM version 3.0.1.3 on windows 2008 using MS SQL Server 2008.

I have had a look at the roles and permissions but nothing looks amiss.

What version of Quality Manager are you using?  I ask because there were significant changes between 2.x and 3.x in terms of better integration between CALM products and this impacted which UI provides which functionality.

If possible, could you please also outline the roles and permissions that the user has within the project you're using?

Tester didn't have correct permissions assigned when I went through it. Not sure how this happened but it's golden now.
