Creating Test Case via RRC "Verified By" missing ability to select team area

I have a RQM project with team areas enabled that is linked to a RRC project.  When I try and create Test Case from RRC via the "Validated By" link the "Team Area" field is missing from the Test Case fields that I can enter.  I am using CLM 4.0.4.

 I noticed in CLM 5.0.2 that this defect is fixed and you can enter the team area from RRC. 

Does anyone know what version of CLM the defect is fixed in or is there a way of reconfiguring RQM so it correctly displays the "Team Area" in RRC. ?
