Unable to access insight reports from RTC Dashboard

Hi Valli -

This technote indicates that the RSV-SRV-0066 error is quite generic...are you seeing any other errors on the cogserver.log file?  Or errors in any of the other logs suggested in the technote?

Hi Valli - could you also describe your environment further?  OS/DB Server/Insight version?

           The problem occurs rarely...I restarted WAS 2 times and then the connection worked fine.

Currently, we are able to access. Both insight and db2 are on the same machine. WAS is the app server. Insight version is 1.1. WAS is v7. Cognos is v10. DB2 is v9.7.500.702.

Have you applied the 3 hotfixes for Insight 1.1 -> https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-insight/releases/1.1?p=allDownloads

Unfortunately, the portions of the logs do not shed too much light on the nature of the problem.  Are you in a position to raise a PMR to get a more thorough investigation started?
