SMTP Mail Configuration

I setup the Email Properties to send e-mail in RTC 2.0.
I get the Send Successfully Team Invitation message, but I never receive the mail.
I tested with the gmail smtp setup and the company smtp without getting the mail.

Anyone knows what can be happening?

Hi Cesar,

either your mail server is not configured correctly or the SMTP setup is not correct. Have you tried to look into the SMTP servers data? Did you find your mails there? Did they get relayed? Any indication in the Jazz logs?

If the SMTP setup is completed, you get sending invitations enabled. If the mails can not be sent because the SMTP server is down or not working as expected, you won't get the mails.
