add new action to " cancelled" state in RTC work tcikets

HI All,

 I want to add new action named as "Back to Assigned" to "Cancelled" state. As work ticket's state pulll down menu becomes read only  for Cancelled state So not able to add in workFow

 So Can this be customised to add new  action to Cancelled state. I am using 4.0.0.1 client version and 4.0.5 JTS server

sure.. if you have change project process permissions you can edit the workflow


from eclipse
right click project, select Open,
click the Process Configuration tab, 
expand Project Configuration., then Configuration Data, then Workitems

click on Workflows
then select the workflow involved from the dropdown
best to doubleclick the project name tab at this point to see everything easier.

in the grid cell representing the from (left column) and to (top row) states, click on the box, select one fo the existing actions if you wish to reuse that label, or click New Action to make up a new one..
then press Save on the project area, top right

As Sam describes above, you are able to modify the workflows, add actions and the like, if you have permission to save the process configuration. https://jazz.net/library/article/1093 Lab 3 describes how you can create/modify workflows.
