Any way to make a WI "go away"?

I was wondering if there is anyway to delete a WI in RTC. I am thinking it is similar in respect to a defect which you typically cannot delete. Any information that can be provided would be appreciate. thanks! Sue

Work items can not be deleted. But you can resolve them. Usually the
resolved state provides several resolutions of which one means/indicates
that the work item should be ignored, i.e. considered being deleted.

Which resolution states and which resolutions are available depends on
your process configuration. For example, the Eclipse Way provides a
resolved state called 'Resolved' and a resolution called 'Invalid'.
