Specifying favorite tags is a use case where we want to improve the usability. Right now the only place is on the main page of the forum on the right sidebar.

Answer from Spencer: At https://jazz.net/forum there is a form in the right sidebar to add
favorite tags. Then you can go to
https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=forum&page=activity to view activity
on those tags.
