What is POSTER? Mentioned when importing testcases

Hi folks.

I am wondering what is POSTER? I keep seeing it mentioned when people are trying to import / export when using EXCEL. Is this a new tool or part of the CLM?

I am using 3.0.1.3. I plan on doing a lot of importing of test suites /scripts/ cases using EXCEL.
