RQM/RTC v3.0.1.2 is not compatible with latest FF version

renee nelson (781918) | asked May 18 '12, 7:40 a.m.
Currently we are on RQM/RTC version 3.0.1.2. Several people of the team were prompted and upgraded their version of Fire Fox from 3.6.28 to the latest and greatest FF version (12).
RQM and RTC were now displaying extra columns, the screen froze and other attributes of the tool were not working.
They went back to 3.6.28 (fire fox) and now everything works as it should.
Is this a known issue with IBM or is the version of Fire Fox that we are on now should be the one we have to stay on?
thanks,
renee

The short answer on FF 12 is that it's not supported yet. For the best version information on RQM/CLM, you should bookmark https://jazz.net/library/article/632 . References there include browsers, network infrastructures, operating systems, etc.
