How can I configure the handling of expired/locked out LDAP user passwords in CLM?
Hi all,
I have a customer who has set up their CLM server on WAS using an external LDAP server for user authentication. The client has password policies in place on their LDAP server for password aging and lockout.
Currently when a user with an expired password attempts to log in to the CLM server, they simply get a message back saying "Invalid User". In the WAS logs, we can see this is because the password has expired and they need to change it.
Is there a way to redirect the CLM login page to the LDAP server's login/password reset page when something like this occurs?
