Error connecting to the server using RQMExcellImporter
Hi,
I am trying to use RQMEXcellImporter Utility to import an Excel file directly into RQM repository but I am not able to validate RQM Server.
I have tried https://<hostname>:9443/qm as the RQMServer name and enter a valid username and password (I can enter through the web browser without problems) but when clicking the validate button I receive the window error Validate credentials with following error:
Invalid server, username or password!
Any idea to solve the issue and connect to the RQM Server? I am using RQM 3.0.1.2 with corresponding version of RQMExcellImporter utility addin as Excel macro
Thanks,

Hi Paul, I am using the IBM cloud (with default CLM solution installed) so I have checked the public URI "Trusted client authorization URIs" value and and the current value by default installation is blank.
So I assume this is the problem, because testing the same Excel Import utility with another RQM instance which has a value for the public URI works.
Can I add manually a value for the public URI to have the Excel import utility working? The customer is evaluating the CLM solution using this public cloud and I don't want to break the installation adding manually this value to the public URI. Changing this value would have any other collateral effect and other functionalities of the CLM solution may stop working?
Thanks,
Ana

Hi Ana,
would you please give us a IBM cloud link with CLM solution installed? so we can take a look to see if there can be some work around for you currently.
