Best way to notify users to upgrade assets
I have an asset with versions 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. I want users to download 1.2 rather than older versions. Thus I marked 1.0 and 1.1 as retired.
This sent a message to all 1.0/1.1 users that the asset was retired but didn't point out that 1.2 is alive and well. What's the best policy in RAM for encouraging the latest version without discouraging current users of old versions?

One answer
In RAM 7.5.0.2 you can email all of the users of an asset.
Reports -> Asset Usage -> Send email
In RAM 7.5.1 you can also email all subscribers.
It would probably be best of the message included links to the versions of the asset that were still available. Could you open an enhancement for that request?
