All,

In ClearQuest, I would create a group and a query. I would create a email rule and attach the query and group.

Query -> Notification
Submitted Defects -> Managers
Submitted Enhancements -> Managers
Ready for test -> Testers
etc.

How do I duplicate this functionality in RTC?
