How to load a single file from stream to sandbox in RTC?

Hello,

I have a project that is baselined. I want to be able to just load a single file from the project's stream to a sandbox environment, make modifications and check in my modifications back to the project.

I tried following the steps https://jazz.net/library/article/192#LoadFile but upon viewing the "Resources Perspective" of my sandbox environment i cannot see the file that I loaded.

Any thoughts regarding this? My RTC version is 2.0.0.2.
