assertion failed

Hi,


I am Using CLM 6.0.3,Eclipse Client Version:Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2)
I created custom work item types in my latest project area.
When i copied process configuration source of latest project area to old project area, custom work item types get copied from latest project area to old project area.
But when i created work item in old project area,it saved successfully
when i set its parent, i got error unable to save work item. 'Save work item'was blocked by process.assertion failed.
Please suggest.

What is the difference between the "latest" project and the "old" project? Is it only just the custom work item type you added? Replacing the entire process configuration source does not always work nicely.

I am also getting the same error, in my  case I just have added custom attribute to latest project area and then, copy the source configuration to old.


What would be the root cause of it.

Latest project area is one where i created custom work item type.

Old project area is one which was created with scrum process template but I copied process configuration source from latest project area to old project area.
