How to link to resource under source control from work item?

We're using RTC 3.0.1 and I'm wondering if there's any way to link to a source control artifact from a work item in a similar way that you can link to other project planning artifacts.

How e.g. do I say "latest version of this document is file Documentation/heres/my.doc" like I might say "I think this was fixed in defect 12345" where in the latter case "defect 12345" becomes a link to that defect and in the former case I'd like "file Documentation/heres/my.doc" to reference the tip for the document correlating I suppose "Found in" and the relevant stream/component.

As a general use case I suppose you might like to be able to say things like "Oh, version 5 of the doc used to have that - not sure why it was taken out" i.e. reference particular artifact versons rather than just stream tips.

But for now I'm just wondering if threr's any way to link to a source control artifact at all?

I tried searching for this but "work item" and "source control" terms appear to be too generic ;-)
