RAF Client over SSL

Derrick Swinarsky (5633) | asked May 01 '12, 4:27 p.m.
I have submitted a PMR, but am hoping someone here can let me know if I missed something...

I have setup my RAF server to only listen over SSL - set the tcp port to -3966 - which has stopped letting the RAF Client connect. I have set the ports up correctly, but I always get the following error message:

Error validating server - CRWSE0027D IOException occurred retrieving automation engine connection.

I set the Automation API Port to 49150 (the default and this is what it is set to), the services port is set to 9443 (using WebSphere over SSL), and setting secure connection to yes. Funny thing is I don't think the client ever uses the Automation API port because I get the same error no matter what I put in that field.

By design, or a bug?

Thanks,
Derrick
