Hello,
I created a new state in the sequences of activities.
I use an import with bugzilla, and I would like to map in xml a the bug to this state.
How to get the name of this system state?

example:
- RESOLVED to solve
- NEW tonew
- ?????? to refused (my new states)

thank you for your future answers

In the predefined templates, this should still be mapped to Resolved. We use a combination of "State" and "Resolution" fields. So the state would be resolved, and Resolution may be "Invalid" or "Won't Fix".

These states come from process template. You can customize existing process to add your own states, or you can define your own process.
Here is an article which talks about workitem customization: https://jazz.net/library/article/129
